great access to parks and cultural sites for city strolls
My stay was enhanced by the cozy room and the excellent dining options, especially for dinner, which made for a relaxing end to my day of exploring the nearby Sabana park and museums like the Museum of Costa Rican Art, both just a short walk away. however, the public areas could use a little refreshing and redecoration, but it didn’t take away from my enjoyable experience overall.

The Junior Suite was super comfy, and I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast with local fruits and rice and beans! The gym had everything I needed, and the relaxed vibe of the casino made for a fun evening. Just a heads-up, there was a bit of noise from some remodeling nearby, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊

This place suits me perfectly! It offers great wi-fi, a lovely bar/lounge, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped my elderly parents during our first visit, which I truly appreciated. I always feel welcomed here. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

missingWrote a review on 18 Maynoisy environment
Upon arrival, the hotel entrance was cluttered with unattended cars, making it a hassle to unload luggage. The room lacked enough coffee supplies, as only two K-cups were provided, and while clean, bath towels felt old and worn. Additionally, noise travels easily, leading to early wake-ups from the hallway, and there were no washcloths present—just one hand towel. It could benefit from soundproofing and a better system to manage guest traffic near the entrance.

I really liked the comfy and clean rooms at Palma Real. The location near Parque La Sabana is perfect for a morning walk. Great streets nearby for dining options. The breakfast had fresh omelets every day, which I looked forward to. The staff treated me well and were super friendly. However, the restaurant was pricey, and I ran into issues with the taxi to the airport. I asked to pay by card, but the driver only accepted cash and he didn’t turn on the meter, which felt shady. Also, some areas could use updates. the bathrooms felt old. Despite that, the atmosphere of the hotel was inviting, making my stay a pleasant one.

The restaurant was a bit pricey, and the airport ride? Yikes! The front desk said we could pay by card, but the driver only took cash. He didn't even turn on the meter. What gives?

Cozy, Comfortable, Convenient
I stayed in a Standard Room one bed or two beds, and it was the perfect blend of quiet comfort and spaciousness! The restaurant opening at 6:00 a.m. made my morning super smooth before an early appointment. Plus, the staff were incredibly responsive, especially when we needed a shuttle from the airport.
